Biju Patnaik Central Library (BPCL), NIT Rourkela is organizing ‘9th Annual Book Fair 2018’ during January 4-6, 2018.

    it was very dissappointing to know there was book fair in NIT Rourkela and many science and engineering students did not know about it , also many other book lovers missed a good oppurtunity
